• Orders are delivered via MaltaPost or courier service. 

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

• Free local pickup is also available.

International Delivery

• All international orders are shipped via courier or registered MaltaPost (trackable). 

• Free international shipping on orders over €100. 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

• Please note: we are not responsible for packages lost during transit. 

Returns Policy

• You may return items within 20 days of receiving your order. 

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. 

• The following items are non-returnable: 

• Custom-made jewellery 

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) 

• Gift cards 

• After 20 days, all sales are final. 

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at janinejewellerymt@gmail.com
   Include: 

• Your name 

• Order/invoice number 

• Item(s) you wish to return 

2. We will provide instructions for the return process. 

3. Return shipping: 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. 

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. 

• Local customers may return items in person. 

Refunds

• Original shipping fees and any customs/taxes are non-refundable. 

• Refunds are only issued once the item is received and inspected. 

• Non-refundable items: 

• Custom-made jewellery 

• Earrings 

• Gift cards
